Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes how ThinkerStreet AI handles information when you use the ThinkerStreet AI website, anonymous chat interface, newsletter signup, and related pages.

2. Chat content

ThinkerStreet does not intentionally persist the text of your AI conversations in the ThinkerStreet database. The browser may keep your current chat sessions in session storage so you can move between chats or refresh the page during the same browser session. That local browser history is not a ThinkerStreet account record and can be cleared by deleting the chat or ending the browser session. Browser restore behavior may vary.

3. AI inference and Zero Data Retention

ThinkerStreet does not persist chat content in its own database. Groq supports Zero Data Retention for eligible inference requests, but this deployment does not display itself as ZDR-enabled unless the Groq organization has ZDR enabled and the server setting is turned on.

Prompts and responses must be processed transiently in memory and across provider infrastructure to generate an answer. Do not submit information you are not authorized to disclose. ThinkerStreet may change inference providers or models; this policy should be updated if that changes the data handling described here.

4. IP address and anonymous usage controls

Like other web services, the server receives your IP address as part of the network request. ThinkerStreet uses it to enforce anonymous token limits and maintain the unique-visitor tally. The application is designed to transform the IP address into a keyed HMAC identifier before storing it in the ThinkerStreet database, so the raw IP address is not stored in the visitor and token-limit tables.

This identifier is used for abuse prevention, rate limiting, community token accounting, and internal aggregate visitor counting. It is not intended to identify you by name.

5. Newsletter information

If you join the newsletter, ThinkerStreet stores the information you submit, such as your name, email address, and optional notes. Newsletter information is separate from anonymous chat history.

6. Usage and community-token records

ThinkerStreet may store technical usage records such as the selected AI tier, model identifier, token counts, request status, date, and the protected IP-derived identifier. These records are used to operate community token pools, enforce limits, troubleshoot the service, and understand aggregate usage. They are not intended to contain the text of your prompts or model responses.

7. Service providers

ThinkerStreet currently uses third-party infrastructure providers, including Groq for AI inference and Supabase for application database services. Those providers process information according to their own agreements, data controls, and legal obligations. ThinkerStreet may use additional infrastructure providers as the service develops.

8. Security and legal requirements

ThinkerStreet uses technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unnecessary collection and protect stored information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. ThinkerStreet may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect the service, investigate misuse, or protect rights and safety.

9. Changes

This service is under active development. We may revise this policy as authentication, paid plans, additional providers, or new features are introduced. The date above will be updated when the policy materially changes.
